Processing Time
Each tee is made to order — just for you.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get an email once your order ships, complete with a tracking link.
During new drops or busy seasons, processing times might take a little longer — thanks for your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
U.S. shipping is free with our Standard Shipping option — no surprises, no extra fees.
We also offer paid shipping upgrades (Express) for faster delivery.
Available options and rates will be shown at checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery preference.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
· United States (Standard Shipping): 3–4 business days
· United States (Express Shipping): 1–2 business days
· International Shipping: varies by destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or factors outside our control (like weather or postal slowdowns).
Tracking
Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
U.S. orders ship free — international rates apply.
We also ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We do our best to get your tees to you safe and sound, but once they’re in transit, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in the mail, reach out to support@unclubtees.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) — include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work it out with you.
Address Check
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
